Car Paint Repairs

Lacquer peel, fading, oxidation, previous bad repairs — paint problems diagnosed and properly fixed.

Not all paint damage comes from an impact. UV fade, lacquer peel, oxidation, bird-lime etching, industrial fallout and previous poor-quality repairs all ruin how a car looks — and each needs a different fix, from machine polishing right through to panel refinishing.

We'll diagnose exactly what's happened to your paint and give you honest options: sometimes hours of correction work saves a respray entirely; sometimes refinishing is the only genuine fix. Either way, you'll know before we start.

How we do it

We inspect and measure the paint, agree the least-invasive effective fix with you, and complete it in our paint and polishing shop — typically one to three days depending on scope.

Common questions

Frequently asked

How do I get an estimate? +
Send us clear photos of the damage through the contact form or WhatsApp, or drop in to the workshop in Byfleet during opening hours. Estimates are free and without obligation.
My lacquer is peeling — can it be polished out? +
Unfortunately no. Once lacquer has lifted, the panel needs to be flatted back and refinished — polishing only makes peeling worse. We'll refinish the affected panels and blend them so the repair is invisible.
Do you work on my make of car? +
Yes — we repair all makes and models, from everyday hatchbacks and family SUVs to Porsche, Ferrari and Mercedes-Benz. Over 150 years of combined experience across the team.
